Well, I'm back in Memphis at Ardent. My family is in town and we woke up early yesterday morning and drove to Nashville for a recording session there. I worked with Jamie Kenney, a great piano player, all morning. I suppose he would be a pianist. But that has always seemed like a strange word to me. Then in the afternoon JJ Heller came by and we cut a background vocal for one song. So if you didn't grab her album "Painted Red" when it was a free download last month, you can still buy it on ITunes and actually financially support the artist. Or you can wait till my record comes out next year, and then go "Who is that?" Then you'll have to look her up and go get the record then. Either way. Anyway, it was great to work with both of them. Of course, my family was going to the Adventure Science Center and playing at the park. But we all had busy days, then we grabbed dinner and headed back to Nashville. So today, I'm back at Ardent with Adam. We've had Rick Steff here all day recording B-3, which once again is an organ. And now he's playing accordian on a song. We are still working the next 4 days, and then the madness of the holiday season will be closing in on us. Anyway, thanks for your prayers. We'd appreciate your continued prayers as we put in a lot of hours over the next few days.
